I'm a South-West Sydney roof cleaner, three years in, and I still answer my own phone. Boss Cleaning started because too many "roof cleaners" were blasting roofs with high pressure — stripping tiles, forcing water underneath, and causing damage that costs homeowners thousands down the track.
